1. General
1.1. Aimperia ID (the "Service") is an authentication service that lets you sign in to Aimperia apps (AiActs, OneCodeRegister, aimperia.ru mail, Aimperia Stats, Aimperia Telemost and others) with a single account.
1.2. By registering, you agree to these Terms and agree to provide accurate information.
2. Account
2.1. Sign-in uses your email address and password. The password is stored only as a cryptographic hash.
2.2. You must not share your password and must report any suspected compromise immediately.
2.3. You may delete your account by contacting support@aimperia.ru.
3. Use of the Service
3.1. The Service is provided for authentication into Aimperia apps. Misuse is prohibited.
3.2. We may suspend access in case of a breach of these Terms or for security reasons.
4. Liability
4.1. The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by unavailability beyond our control.

1. Data we process
1.1. At registration: email address, name, country of residence and current access country, date of birth (only the year is used for age verification; the full date is not passed to apps).
1.2. The password is stored only as a hash (bcrypt) and can never be recovered in its original form.
1.3. Technical data: sign-in records, IP addresses in security logs, session identifiers.
2. Purposes
2.1. Authentication and access to Aimperia apps.
2.2. Sending service emails (email verification, password reset) from noreply@aimperia.ai.
2.3. Security and fraud prevention.
3. What we do NOT do
3.1. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties except as required by law.
3.2. We do not use data for advertising.
4. Storage
4.1. Data is stored on our servers (Georgia for the English version, Russia for the Russian version) with organisational and technical safeguards.
5. Your rights
5.1. You may request information about your data, its correction or deletion by writing to support@aimperia.ru.

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files used for the correct operation of the Service.
2. Cookies we use
2.1. Strictly necessary: session cookies for sign-in. Without them, authentication is impossible.
2.2. Analytical: on Aimperia app sites, anonymised visit statistics may be collected (pages, referral source, and with your consent — your country and IP address).
2.3. Advertising or third-party targeting cookies are not used.
3. Managing cookies
You may disable cookies in your browser; however, sign-in may then not work.

1. Availability
We aim for uninterrupted operation of the Service but do not guarantee it: technical failures, maintenance and third-party actions are possible.
2. Notifications
Service emails (confirmations, password reset) are sent to the provided address; please check the Spam folder as well.
3. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from Service unavailability, loss of access to email, or actions of third parties.
